Cava Loves Tea

foto_122817This combination combines the oriental touch of tea, the aromatic citrus of bergamot orange, and the freshness and aromas of Cava, undeniably a very elegant cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • Aromatic Oolong tea with bergamot
  • Orange and orange peel
  • Chipped ice
  • Edible white flower
  • Semi-dry or drycava

Preparation:

  • Chilled or frozen flute glass
  • Add ice directly to the glass
  • Add cold tea until to 1/3 level
  • Finish with very well-chill Cava

Finishing touch: Garnish with orange slice and flower.
