Bata Vulgaris

Full of bitters and aromatics – a cocktail that uses Dandelion & Burdock, Campari, Tonic water and Cava to build a drink which sets the palate up. The perfect aperitif for the “sour” lover.

Ingredients:

  • CAVA Castell Llord NV
  • Dandelion & Burdock Syrup
  • Viagra Tonic
  • OLG Campari Bitters Top
  • Swiss Chard

Method: Build

Glassware: Fluted high-ball

Garnish: Swiss chard stalk
