Winter Rose

Floral and fragrant, this cocktail mixes Gin and Cava to perfection, enhanced by the citrus flavours of limes, grapefruit and the addition of rose-infused vermouth, it is a lush yet delicate drink that highlights the floral elements of Spain’s top fizz.


  • 30 ml Cotswolds Gin
  • 30ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
  • 40ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Topped up with Cava Brut

Glassware: Hurricane

Method: Shaken, double strain.
